The Raven’s Nest Salt Room

The Raven's Nest is a Salt Therapy Spa and Wellness destination. We have a custom-built salt therapy room that takes you to a beautiful lakefront mountainscape with a star-filled sky where you can unwind, relax and destress. Salt Therapy, also known as Halotherapy, has been used to help upper respiratory conditions such as cold and flu symptoms, allergies, asthma, bronchitis, sinus infection, sinusitis, rhinitis, cystic fibrosis, and hay fever. Therapeutic salt sessions also help those with fibromyalgia, arthritis, and Lyme disease. In addition, the anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of salt have been shown to effectively help treat conditions of the skin such as eczema, acne, dermatitis, and psoriasis.
